The business is registered at 5733 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94121; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In San Francisco, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

San Francisco is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around San Francisco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

we waited longer than expected for our food since it was busy for lunch. unlike most typical vietnamese restaurants this place serves northern style pho- the most notable differences are a milder broth & wider noodles. the crab spring rolls were crispy & tasty but expensive. thereโ€™s a jar of pickled garlic & peppers for an extra kick if you need, as well as a bottle each of sriracha & i think fish sauce. the service was so bad it cancelled out the good meal our family had. we ordered a special beef pho with 3 meats but it only came with 1. when i told the server who was giving it to us he just brushed me off saying that it had 1 meat even though i kept saying we ordered a 3 meat bowl. when we were done eating the older man who took our order just showed us our total. i explained to him that we received the wrong order & he said that i should have told him when we got our food, but we told the other guy & he acted like they did nothing wrong? i donโ€™t even know if our bill was corrected or not but it doesnโ€™t matter since we wonโ€™t be eating here again, which is a damn shame since the food was actually decent. reading the other reviews itโ€™s clear that the staff but the older guy in par

How lucky to be visiting San Francisco and find this restaurant! In one week my husband and I went twice for the mixed chicken pho with rice noodles - best pho we've ever had. Broth arrives in a separate bowl. Flavors are quite different from typical pho - different in a most refreshing way. Lemongrass adds a freshness. Generous sprinkles of peanuts and fried garlic. When I go home after my trip pho will never be the same. The owner was friendly as were each staff person we interacted with.

My favorite pho place in the whole city. We love their homemade dแบฅm tแปi (Vietnamese garlic vinegar); I add at least 3 heaping spoonfuls to my beef pho. The owner is very kind!

If you are finding a place to have a real Northern Vietnamese cuisine from Hanoi, Pho Huong Viet is the place you should look for when visiting San Francisco. Youโ€™ll find out that only this place gives you a real tasting of Hanoiโ€™s phแปŸ. Banh cuon isnโ€™t their official specialty, but itโ€™s amazing. You should definitely try it if youโ€™re lucky to have it one special day.

Delicious Northern Vietnames restaurant with a tailored menu of 9 items but they all taste amazing. Of course, we recommend getting the pho (which has the disclaimer that bean sprouts and typical herbs won't be provided). It's a rather small restaurant, so you may have to wait a bit, but food is prepared quickly and is full of flavor!
